Payment Gateway Setup in Cartweaver 4

Payment gateway setup couldn't be easier!

Simply log in to the secure Cartweaver 4 administration area, then go to the Payment Settings link in the Site Setup panel and select from the available gateways.

New! Multiple gateway support

Cartweaver 4 supports multiple payment methods. If more than one active Gateway Provider is activated, Authorize Net and PayPal for example, store customers will be given the option to choose which of the two they prefer as part of the checkout process.

Instantly available gateways

Like all features in Cartweaver 4, the payment gateway API is instantly customizable and easy to configure. The admin application reads the gateway files that are stored in a special "auth" folder. These files contain special functions and values which are intepreted by the administration area, and made available to the store customer when activated.

The most common gateway files are already in the folder by default, and other present and future gateway integrations can be easily added. For custom gateways, developers can use existing gateway files as a starting point, changing select parts of the integration logic as needed.
