Featured Cartweaver Customer

Owen Linton

Cartweaver customer Owen Linton of owenlinton.com is an excellent example of a designer/developer using cartweaver to give his clients the ecommerce functionality they need yet at the same time giving them outstanding design as well. Cartweaver is made to fit into your design, and not force the designer into some preconceived template.
Owen's work really shows the potential of the creativity that Cartweaver allows.

Owen Linton is a web designer who has lived and worked in Philadelphia, PA for the past 3 years. He got his start as a graphic designer, working for a newspaper, then several design agencies, all the while he was increasing his knowledge of HTML and Flash and producing web sites as a freelance web designer.

About 2 years ago while free-lancing, he was approached by his friends at SquidFire, a startup screen-printed apparel company based in Baltimore, MD. They were about to unveil their new line of t-shirts and needed an e-commerce site. Having no experience with advanced programming, Owen needed a solution that was powerful and customizable with a short learning curve.

After some searching, he found Cartweaver and decided it was the perfect choice. With the help of the Cartweaver support group, he gained the knowledge he needed to get SquidFire.com up and running, making it his first dynamic web site. To date, Owen has developed several Cartweaver sites for various companies who produce unique and exciting products. It has been his goal to make each site he works on totally unique without compromising their functionality or ease of use. He has gotten wonderful feedback from his clients and their customers.

Jady Sue Cartweaver Shopping Cart Site

Client: Jady Su Handbags

Site: www.jadysu.com

About the Project
"Jady Su wanted a web site that would be seen as a showcase of her designs more so than an e-commerce site. The flexibility of Cartweaver allowed me to retain the functionality of a shopping cart, but by adding additional photos and color swatches to cross-link different products, I was able to create a site which really let her handbags shine. "

Example ColdFusion Shopping Cart Site Using Cartweaver

Client: SquidFire, Inc.

Site: www.squidfire.com

About the Project:
When creating a site for Squidfire, it was very important that the layout and style of the shopping cart were customizable, to retain a look and feel that is as fun and illustrative as the products themselves. The administration area allows SquidFire to keep their inventory current.
