Which one do I have already?

To determine the version of Cartweaver you already have, Dreamweaver users may choose Cartweaver> About Cartweaver 3 [ASP, CF, PHP] . You will also find an entry for checking for updates in the Cartweaver menu which will bring you to our website and tell you if there is a newer version than what you have installed.

Another way to check which version you have is to look at the Update Notes HTML file or the PDF documentation cover page, both found in the download package for the version number.

The version of Cartweaver that you are using could not be detected.

How to Update

1. You can download your update by logging in and then choosing Downloads. You will now see a list of all your purchased products available for download.
2. Once you've downloaded the update, please see the PDF documentation which provides detailed instructions on how best to update your site and Dreamweaver extensions:
   • Appendix A: Updating Cartweaver Stores
   • Appendix B: Updating Cartweaver Extensions
3. It is always a good idea to create a backup of your site before you update your store and Dreamweaver extensions (if applicable) just in case there is a problem. Partial updates may result in unpredictable results; please sure that you complete all updates per the instructions as some updates may rely on changes made elsewhere in the application.
