This blog will focus first and foremost on all things eCommerce. It will of
course pay attention to Cartweaver specific topics, but it will also take a
much broader approach in covering a wide range of topics that affect
ecommerce and doing business on the web. The blog will look at these topics from
the web developer's point of view. In the six+ years since Cartweaver.com was started the Cartweaver team have learned a lot about the technology and business of selling on the web. Blog.Cartweaver.com gives us a place to share this

Adobe® Releases ColdFusion 8 Public Beta!

Adobe has just announced the public beta of ColdFusion 8! This will give developers a chance to see all the exiting new features, and believe me there are a LOT of them, as well as get a jump start in developing CF8 based applications. This is also very good news for developers with the new Intel-Based Macs. Prior this release ColdFusion did not support the new Macs, leaving developers to stick with their older Macs or worse yet, have to upload to the server to test... Never a good idea. ColdFusion 8 eliminates this problem. The beta version of ColdFusion 8 can be found on Adobe Labs. I encourage you to download it and dig in.
