Cartweaver 2 Officially Announced
Tightly integrated with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004
E. WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON — January
27, 2004 — Application Dynamics, creator
of the Cartweaver line of products, officially announces the launch of
Cartweaver 2 ColdFusion today which debuted in late October 2003. The
new version of Cartweaver is not an upgrade to Cartweaver 1, but a completely
new application re-written from the ground up. Cartweaver 2 CF is a complete
e-commerce solution, which includes a scalable database, shopping cart,
and an online administration area. Developed in Macromedia's ColdFusion
server model, Cartweaver 2 is compatible with both ColdFusion 5 and ColdFusion
MX. Cartweaver 2 truly delivers the “best of both worlds”;
it is equally friendly to hand coders in the text based editor of choice,
such as HomeSite+ or CF Studio, and visual coders in Dreamweaver MX and
Dreamweaver MX 2004.

Unlike its predecessor, Cartweaver 2 CF integrates beautifully with Macromedia
Dreamweaver MX and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 via the Cartweaver

The extension suite takes the work out of installing and setting
up Cartweaver 2 sites and provides a visual translation of ColdFusion markup
in Dreamweaver's Design view, making it easy for designers as well as developers.
